摘要: Abstract Exposure to air pollution is associated with numerous adverse health effects including premature mortality and a wide spectrum of global diseases. The transportation sector’s activity causes pollutant emissions elevates levels, particularly in urban areas, where most people congregate. Considering the interdisciplinary nature studies on exposure traffic-related experts different professions need certain level familiarity pollution, methods tools available for its monitoring modeling. This chapter describes modeling methods, specifically context overviews common metrics compare modeled monitored values assess models’ validity. provides high-level overview three subsections: monitoring, modeling, model monitor comparisons.
