摘要: Mobile data service is a rapidly growing business sector today. Available application bandwidth an essential metric for managing applications and user experience. However, existing measurement tools are ill-suited the wireless environment due to large variance in environmental conditions, mobility, energy consumption constraints. In this paper, we modify known available technique - pathChirp by utilizing management features of Wi-Fi communication device on smartphones. Our resulting tool BreezChirp effective conserving. We implemented BreezChrip smartphones evaluate its performance through field experiments.
