摘要: Abstract The present investigation explores various morphologies and phases of Mg doped ZrO2 nanoparticles synthesized by green assisted route. effect doping Aloe Vera gel concentration on phase formation, morphology optical properties the were investigated. photocatalytic performances photocatalysts evaluated for degradation Rhodamine B under UV light. 2 mol% displayed excellent activity with rate 93%. enhanced is attributed to light response, suitable monoclinic tetragonal ratio as well oxygen vacancies which greatly enhances charge carrier separation. Further, PL studies demonstrated that highly potential fabrication blue component white emitting diodes. work directs road map in designing new phyto superior environmental clean-up nanophosphors display devices.
