摘要: Nanopores fabricated from synthetic materials (solid-state nanopores), platforms for characterizing biological molecules, have been widely studied among researchers. Compared with nanopores, solid-state nanopores are mechanically robust and durable a tunable pore size geometry. Solid-state sizes as small 1.3 nm in various films using engraving techniques, such focused ion beam (FIB) electron (FEB) drilling methods. With the demand of massively parallel sensing, many scalable fabrication strategies proposed. In this review, typical technologies reported to date summarized, advantages limitations each technology discussed detail. Advanced shrinking prepare desired shapes down sub-1 concluded. Finally, applications DNA sequencing, single molecule detection, ion-selective transport, nanopatterning outlined.
