摘要: After providing the background regarding problem domains of this research in preceding three chapters, chapter sets out foundations for defining development framework system under study. In particular, is divided into five main sections. Section 5.2 explores theoretical spatial decision-making process and critically reviews existing tools provided to support process, i.e. DSS, GIS, SDSS PSS. Inherently, decision making strongly associated with multi-criteria methods (MCDM) which are examined Sect. 5.3.
