Magnetic moment densities in selected UTX compounds

摘要: Abstract We present results of polarized neutron–diffraction studies magnetization distribution in several isostructural UTX compounds. Besides the uranium magnetic moment, we observe a significant also on transition-metal sites and interstitial region, close to X-atom site. The values moments induced T-atoms U–T T–X basal planes are rather similar for compounds with 3d-metals, UNiGa, UNiAl, UCoAl, while difference occurs UPtAl. Our compared literature data URhAl URuAl.
