摘要: SUMMARY The effects of dietary inclusion methanol free glycerol as biodiesel byproduct at 5% or 10% were examined on weight growth, carcass traits and fatty acid distribution cloacal fat in broiler chickens. For this aim, a total 270 one-day-old Ross 308 chickens randomly divided into 3 equal groups according to the amounts included diets [0% (control group fed with basal diets), 10%] for 42 days. Growth parameters (body weights, gains), food consumption efficiency weekly evaluated (carcass yield, intestinal pH, relative weights heart, spleen, liver, stomach, gizzard fat) well determined end trial. Weight growth was significantly increased treated birds, particularly those supplemented glycerol. supplementation has slightly improved especially 4 th week level (P < 0.05) traits, liver 0.05). By contrast, composition acids not modified by inclusion. These results show that may be incorporated least without compromising traits.
