摘要: In recent years, it has been noted that there is a close correlation between leukotrienes and late asthmatic reaction (LAR). this study, effects of dietary supplementation with perilla seed oil rich in alpha-linolenic acid, which speculated to affect the generation through metabolism arachidonic acid (AA), were evaluated 6 patients asthma. The symptoms ventilatory function improved after 2-week oil. LTB4 LTC4 by peripheral leucocytes stimulated Ca ionophore A23187 was significantly suppressed (LTB4 ; p<0.05). Regarding composition fatty acids serum phospholipids, concentrations eicosapentaenoic (EPA), docosahexaenoic (DHA), AA tended increase supplementation, accompanied an ratio EPA AA.
