Formal Models of Blur Detection

摘要: This paper presents a review and comparison of the engineering physiological optics literature on defocus detection. The equivalence spatial frequency based detectors edge-based hypothesis, variance-based contrast- difference hypothesis is argued. Finally, variance-invariant transforms are introduced as means experimentally differentiating hypotheses.
