摘要: Major and trace elements were analyzed in three core sediments to investigate geochemical characteristics of East Sea provenance changes during late Quaternary Ulleung Basin. Comparing with Yellow South sediments, contents major generally similar while significantly different. Furthermore, within this basin, there some variabilities element compositions. In the western slope (WS), Mo was enriched over 6 times as much other sites. On hand, Zr, Nb, Hf Ta basin (Basin), Ca Cs southern (SS). After excluding derived from biogenic, authigenic diagenetic origins, lithogenic (K, Ti, Cs, Ta) could be classified into groups comparison element/Al ratios among cores. The first group consisted (K Ti) that showed nearly second contained which significant difference between two sediments. third (Zr, highly relative both areas. depth profiles metal/Al provided following interpretation for compositions sediment their variation.
