摘要: High-performance liquid chromatography coupled with photo diode array detection and evaporative light scattering (HPLC/DAD/ELSD) was established to simultaneously determine nine ingredients in Qingkailing injection. Four wavelengths at 240, 254, 280 330 nm, respectively, were chosen as the monitoring wavelength two nucleosides (uridine adenosine), geniposide, baicalin organic acids (chlorogenic acid caffeic acid), an detector combined employed three steroids (cholic acid, ursodeoxycholic hyodeoxycholic acid). This assay fully validated respect precision, repeatability accuracy. The proposed method successfully applied quantify 19 different injection samples by principal component analysis (PCA) hierarchical clustering (HCA), it demonstrated significant variations content of these compounds from manufacturers preparation procedures. could be readily utilized a quality control for traditional Chinese medicine (TCM).
