摘要: Important developmental differences in obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) very young children (ages 4–8) may be observed when compared to older and adolescents. Although findings are preliminary, the chapter discusses nature, contributing factors, treatment of OCD children. Treatment modifications considerations highlighted by a case study. Further research is needed establish etiology pathogenesis as well efficacious treatments within this population.
