摘要: This study examines the effects of a 7 weeks sub-maximal training period electrostimulation on maximal isometric, concentric, eccentric voluntary torque and muscle contractile properties elbow flexor muscles nine subjects. The daily program consisted five series six 6-s isometric actions (60 to 70% action) at an angle 90 . After flexion increased significantly whereas extension decreased significantly. Increases in were linked increase myoelectrical activity biceps brachii muscle. Under dynamic conditions was throughout whole spectrum angular velocities. These changes accompanied by agonist under two fast concentric velocities, without modifications antagonist analysis electrical mechanical twitches indicated that membrane also present level. results indicate gains attributed neural adaptations and/or modification relative part production.
