摘要: Hydrodynamic behavior and dilute solution properties of Ulva fasciata polysaccharides (UFP) were investigated. Experimental results indicated that the variation hydrodynamic UFP was affected by type concentration salts. The specific viscosity in water increased with its increasing concentration. slopes double logarithmic plots semi-dilute solutions 0.86 1.99, respectively. molecular conformation could be semi-flexible like. Huggins presence salts including Na(+), K(+), Mg(2+) Ca(2+) showed strongly types strength salt ion. stiffness parameter 0.1149, higher than other reported polysaccharides, indicating it tolerate high Dynamic rheological suggested 0.5% a typical characteristic polymer region. This work provided some valuable fundamental information understanding physicochemical solution.
