摘要: An isolated rat heart model of intermittent hypoxia was used to investigate the impact exogenous supplementation glutathione and two thiol delivery vehicles on functional recovery during reoxygenation whether efficacy dependent enhanced intracellular concentration. Hearts from F344 rats were perfused in Langendorff mode exposed three, 5 minute bouts global, substrate free, normothermic separated by periods.
