摘要: High concentrations of alpha-fetoprotein (alpha-FP) were found at 14, 19, and 21 weeks gestation in the serum a woman with history unexplained fetal death her previous pregnancies. The alpha-FP concentration liquor also was high pregnancy terminated. Though fetus macroscopically normal, measurement albumin, alpha-FP, IgG, alpha2-macroglobulin urine showed selective proteinuria, congenital nephrosis diagnosed after examination kidneys by electron microscopy. Possibly some fetuses reported to be "false-positive for neural tube defect" may have had renal lesions this nature. Examination simplest initial diagnostic procedure any future case.
