摘要: Abstract High-fat (40% of dry matter) milk replacers were fed to calves from 3 14 days age determine the effect fat dispersion method on abomasal retention dietary and crude protein digestion in upper parts gastrointestinal tract. Relative homogenization, low pressure into replacer resulted a) much larger rennet clots abomasum, b) increased triglycerides protein, c) triglyceride hydrolysis duodenum, jejunum at 4 h after feeding. When high-fat diet was postnatal calves, formation large firm beneficial for promoting a slower release improved Pregastric esterase (tallow, coconut oil) abomasum preferential capric, lauric, myristic fatty acids proportionately palmitic stearic acids.
