摘要: Long noncoding RNA (lncRNA) have been proved to participate in the oncogenesis or development of gastrointestinal tumors. In this study, we aimed identify function lncRNAs differentiation peripheral blood T cells especially distribution regulatory (T-reg) gastric cancer. The T-reg was detected by flow cytometry. Peripheral were significantly up-regulated plasma samples cancer patients. LncRNA microarray detection indicated an aberrant expression profiling between patients and controls which linc-POU3F3 selected as a potential biomarker with highest fold change value well most stable level each group. addition, over-expression elevated Treg vitro promoted tumor cell proliferation co-culture system. We further found that could recruit TGF-beta increased phosphorylation SMAD2/3. conclusion, promote Tregs caused enhanced recruiting activating signal pathway. This finding may provide theoretical basis for exploration immune
