摘要: Arthritis pain affects millions of people worldwide yet we still have only a limited understanding what makes our joints ache. This review examines the sensory innervation diarthroidal and discusses neurophysiological processes that lead to generation painful sensation. During inflammation, joint nerves become sensitized mechanical stimuli through actions neuropeptides, eicosanoids, proteinase-activated receptors ion channel ligands. The contribution immunocytes arthritis is also reviewed. Finally, existence an endogenous analgesic system in considered reasons for its inability control are postulated.
