摘要: Hyperprolactinemia caused by the use of neuroleptics (HCN) happens to be a common adverse effect psychiatric treatment. This problem occurs more frequently in women child-bearing age. The can divided into two groups – according their on prolactin level specifically, ‘prolactin increasing’ and preserving’ ones. According literary data, HCN leads disordered menstrual cycle, galactorrhea hypogonadism women,and predominantly impaired sexual function men. For correction this disorder, authors recommend change neuroleptic used for another one that does not increase so much with regard mental condition patient adding therapy dopamine agonists.
