摘要: Abstract An enhancement of the exchange coupling and hard magnetic properties melt-spun Nd 2 Fe 14 B/α-Fe-type nanocomposites was achieved by optimization their nanostructured morphology via annealing. Compared with 2.4 Pr 5.6 Dy 1 84 Mo B 6 sample annealed without a field, annealing results in noticeable improvement coercivity i H c , remanence 4πM r energy product (BH) max . at 50 K enhanced 43.7% after field 19 T. The kink demagnetization curve disappeared and, additionally, much better squareness curves observed magnetically samples. intergrain evaluated Henkel plots. Evidence for stronger found sample, which is due to nanostructure refinement promoted confirmed X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscope, low-temperature modified Brown’s equation analysis. mainly from magnetic-field-induced exchange-coupling enhancement.
