摘要: The evolution of mechanical properties a third-generation Al–Cu–Li alloy, AA2050, with different initial tempers (as-quenched WQ, naturally aged T34 and peak-aged T84) during creep-ageing has been investigated in this study. A set tests was carried out under 150 MPa at 155 °C durations for all temper conditions tensile were performed subsequently to acquire the main creep-aged alloys, including yield strength, ultimate strength uniform elongation. these discussed association precipitation behaviour AA2050 alloys tempers. results indicate that alloy is best choice creep age forming (CAF) applications among tempers, as it provides better elongation concurrently after creep-ageing. In addition, work hardening rate analysis helping understand detailed dislocation/precipitate interaction mechanisms plastic deformation T84
