Standardised Assessment of Personality - Abbreviated Scale (SAPAS): preliminary validation of a brief screen for personality disorder.

摘要: Background There is a need for brief and simple screen personality disorders that can be used in routine psychiatric assessments. Aims To test the concurrent validity test–retest reliability of disorder. Method Sixty patients were administered screening interview On same day, they interviewed with an established assessment DSM–IV Three weeks later, was repeated order to examine reliability. Results A score 3 on correctly identified presence disorder 90% participants. The sensitivity specificity 0.94 0.85 respectively. Conclusions study provides preliminary evidence usefulness clinical settings.
