摘要: Purpose: Uptake and washout ratios of thallium-201 chloride (201TlCl) were studied to confirm their clinical applicability in the differential diagnosis benign malignant follicular lesions thyroid. Patients Methods: Sixty-six patients with tumor thyroid underwent preoperative thallium scintigram after an intravenous injection 2 mCi (74 MBq) 201TlCl. The early accumulation 201TlCl obtained by online data-processing system. All tumors surgically resected histopathologically diagnosed as either adenoma (49 patients) or carcinoma (17 patients). Scintigraphic values terms compared between carcinoma. Results Conclusion: Both significantly higher than adenoma.
