摘要: Results of numerical investigations the Anderson model localization are reported. Using transfer matrix method and finite size scaling, lengths electronic states in 2D systems with energetic disorder determined on honeycomb, square, triangular lattices. While actual values length at a particular differ for different coordination numbers, complete is found all cases. This result agreement scaling hypothesis, but contrast to recent claims.
