摘要: We report a carbothermal reduction process for massive synthesis of monolithic WO phase from tungsten oxide in the presence carbon source. Carbon black powder was used as source and added to by 40 weight percent. Bundles rods were formed over temperature range 80 90. Pure bundles could be separated mixture residual powder. Field emission character determined using extracted rods. Flat lamp fabricated showed turn-on field 9.3 V/.
