TEM and electron tomography studies of carbon nanospheres for lithium secondary batteries

摘要: Abstract The structure of carbon nanospheres 100–200 nm diameter, which showed superior high-speed charge–discharge behavior as the negative electrode in a lithium ion battery, was investigated with XRD, SEM and TEM an electron tomography attachment. Observation 0 0 2 lattice images, well diffraction patterns, illustrated that heterogeneous microtexture formed polyhedronization particle proceeded heat-treatment. outside region heat-treated at 2800 °C has stacking aromatic layers some distribution d 002 , while center consisted non-graphitic. Structure defects seemed to be concentrated along ridgelines polyhedronized particles after technique clarified morphology graphitized particles, although images should understood other crystallographic measurements. A slice image computed 3D-reconstruction process inner texture more clearly than conventional bright-field image.
