摘要: The aim of this work was to study the transpiration (E), diffusive resistance (Rs) and leaf temperature (Tf) in young Schinopsis brasiliensis (bara´una) plants under water stress condition. This experiment carried out greenhouse conditions with three treatments (control, moderate stress, severe stress), four replications a randomize design. Transpiration, were evaluated between 10 11 a.m., on 8 t h , 14 22 days after treatments. Rs increased related availability soil stretching, ranging from 198 s.m - 1 223,8 (control), 556 861 (moderate stress) 539 1977 (severe stress). Plants had rates decreasing percentage 60,38%, 87,8% 88,74% compared control plants, 20 day treatments, respectively. higher than air all evaluations, independently treatment used. Results suggest that during its phase "bara´una" uses stomatic closure as strategy survival long periods shortage.
