From manicomial logic to territorial logic: Impasses and challenges of psychosocial care.

摘要: The present study describes Psychosocial Care as a new paradigm currently operating within the Brazilian Psychiatric Reform, emphasising one of its key elements: provision mental care network and territory. To this end, social cultural diversity each territory is taken fundamental aspects to enable appropriate for suffering, overcoming exclusionist thinking patterns that recently have on worrying conservative manifestations, eliminating misconceptions about what defines health sufferer, well those who choose alternative ways being.
