摘要: The efficiency of lipid production byTolyposporium ehrenbergii andSpacelotheca reiliana (family Ustilaginaceae) cultivated on a fat-free medium was evaluated. fungi were artificially cultured media containing various monoor disaccharides and urea or peptone as basic sources for carbon nitrogen, respectively. Some natural industrial byproducts (glycerol, glucose syrup, potato hydrolysate molasses hydrolysate) also used principal fungal growth. Media fructose/peptone glucose/peptone the most efficient fat during one week incubation. After two-week incubation period, highest phospholipid concentrations found in S.reiliana andT. mycelia obtained from hydrolysate/peptone glycerol/urea, Fatty acid analysis growth indicated presence wide range fatty acids, i.e., odd-and even-carbon numbered both saturated unsaturated. results demon-strated that variability composition largely depends type sugar nitrogen age culture.
