摘要: Autofluorescence (AF) of crude serum was investigated with reference to the potential its intrinsic AF biomarkers for noninvasive diagnosis liver injury. Spectral parameters pure compounds representing retinol (vitamin A) and fluorescing free fatty acids were characterized by spectrofluorometry, assess spectral subsequent analysis serum, collected from rats undergoing ischemia/reperfusion (I/R).
