摘要: In this paper, we present the optical and nonlinear properties of a new crystal CdGeAs2. The chalcopyrite structure (42 m) is positive birefringent with Δn equal to 0.1. It phasematchable for second harmonic generation (SHG) parametric interactions over most its transparency range from 2.4 18 μm. addition, it has largest known coefficient exception tellurium. measured 3.4 times GaAs. calculated doubling efficiency SHG CO2 laser 10 that promises be very useful material between 3
