摘要: The development and progression of prostate cancer (CaP) is largely dependent on the dysregulation androgen/androgen receptor (AR) signaling pathway; though, mechanism CaP remains elusive. Initial treatments for included prosta‐ tectomy or radiation to destroy cancerous cells [1]. However, these were not curative more often than there recurrences metastases cancer. Mainstay that target androgen/AR pathway through anti-androgen androgen ablation therapies have been promising; yet again, seem fail as tumor progresses. This suggests dependence vary over time such alterations in availability, AR sensitivity promiscuity fuel a aggressive CaP.
