摘要: Abstract This paper focuses on the local stability of a classical congestion control model in Internet, namely adaptive virtual queue (AVQ) algorithm with feedback delay. Firstly, necessary and sufficient conditions terms key tuning parameters are given, which can provide exact guidelines for setting system parameters. Furthermore, by computing rightmost characteristic root, optimal parameter configuration AVQ is derived, guarantee superior performance. Finally, some simulation examples given to illustrate correctness theoretical analysis.
