摘要: Ileostomy is the most common diverting surgical procedure for colorectal diseases. Several advantages compared to colostomy are reported. Complications frequent and an adequate technique mandatory prevent them. Early long term follow up needed since many complications may occur late after surgery. Also, a deep knowledge of possible necessary early recognition in order reduce related morbidity improve acceptance stoma.
