摘要: Fiber introduction mass spectrometry (FIMS)—a direct coupling of SPME and MS—using selective ion monitoring (SIM) was used to detect quantify dimethylphthalate (DMP), diethylphthalate (DEP) dipropylphthalate (DPP) in mineral water. In FIMS, a chromatographic silicone septum is the only barrier between ambient high-vacuum spectrometer, permitting fiber into ionization region equipment. After their thermal desorption dissociation, extracted phthalates are detected quantitated by MS. Three types fibers were screened for best analyte sorption/desorption behaviors: 100 µm polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS), 65 polydimethylsiloxane/divinylbenzene (PDMS/DVB) Carbowax/divinylbenzene (CW/DVB). The PDMS/DVB CW/DVB then evaluated precision, quantitative figures merit assessed extractions using fiber, which displayed overall performance. FIMS with allows simple extraction MS detection quantitation DMP water good linearity at concentrations as low 3.6 µg L−1. LD LQ below maximum phthalate concentration allowed USEPA drinking (6 L−1).
