摘要: This paper presents an efficiency-enhanced integrated full-wave CMOS rectifier for the transcutaneous power transmission in high-current biomedical implants. The comparator-controlled switches are developed to minimize voltage drop along conducting path while achieving unidirectional current flow. proposed unbalanced-biasing scheme also minimizes reverse leakage of under different input amplitudes, thereby optimizing efficiency. Moreover, is able self start and operates at low amplitudes. Implemented a standard 0.35 mum process with maximum threshold voltages |Vthp| = 0.82 V Vthn 0.69 V, can source output 20 mA operate properly inputs amplitudes frequencies. With 1.5 MHz 1.2 amplitude, achieve peak conversion ratio 95% efficiency least 82%.
