摘要: The diffuse thalamic projection system has been studied in the cat by evoking recruiting responses with stimulation and determining their distribution recording electrodes moved systematically through hemisphere. The origins of this include centre median, intralaminar, anterior, ventralis anterior reticular nuclei. These components form a functionally interconnected unit, excitation any part which sets whole into activity. Radiations leave thalamus principally from its rostral pole to lesser extent laterally, project localized fashion caudate nucleus associational cortex frontal, cingulate, orbital suprasylvian portions hemisphere. overlap motor region but avoids sensory receiving areas. The results suggest that is organized for mass influence upon cortex.
