摘要: Combined hamartoma of the retina and retinal pigment epithelium (RPE) is a benign tumor seen mostly in children. Enhanced-depth imaging optical coherence tomography (OCT) these tumors often shows an epiretinal membrane, tangential traction, disorganization layers, underlying uniform choroidal thinning. We describe evolution over 9 years focal excavation, novel finding on OCT characterized as "microstaphyloma," girl with combined RPE.
