摘要: RNA silencing suppressor genes derived from six virus genera were transformed into Nicotiana benthamiana and N. tabacum plants. These suppressors P1 of Rice yellow mottle (RYMV), Cocksfoot virus, P19 Tomato bushy stunt P25 Potato X, HcPro Y (strain N), 2b Cucumber mosaic Kin), AC2 African cassava (ACMV). caused the most severe phenotypes in both spp. also produced effects but a much milder phenotype benthamiana, although affected leaf tissues two similar ways, causing hyperplasia hypoplasia, respectively. P1-RYMV high lethality plants only mild Phenotypic alterations by other transgenes minor species. Interestingly, had very different on crucifer-infecting Tobamovirus (crTMV) infections. enhanced spread brightness crTMV-green fluorescent protein (GFP) lesions, whereas not these lesions. promoted infection new foci within infiltrated leaf, suppressed crTMV-GFP
