摘要: The present study used a known-groups design to examine the accuracy of Portland Digit Recognition Test (PDRT) in detection malingering traumatic brain injury (TBI). Data were derived from 262 TBI patients who classified as not malingering, possibly and based on Slick, Sherman, Iverson (1999) criteria. original PDRT cutoffs detected between 20 50% with false positive error rate 5% or less. When was held at 5%, across all item sets, sensitivity high 70%. results show that are conservative higher scores detect more MND without causing become unacceptably high. Clinical application future research needs discussed.
