摘要: New technologies like cloud computing and new business models bring capabilities for hosting offering complex collaborative operations. However, these advances can also undesirable side-effects, e.g., introducing vulnerabilities threats caused by collaboration data exchange over the Internet. Hence, users become more concerned about trust, trust in services critical processes with sensitive data. Since is subjective, trustworthiness requirements addressing concerns are difficult to elicit, especially if there different parties involved process. In this paper, we propose a user-centered requirement analysis modeling framework. Using goal capturing users’ motivate design decisions respect trustworthiness. We purpose integrating subjective into embedding them process as objective requirements. This paper addresses gap considering during automation (in providing supporting software) of processes. demonstrate our approach on an application example from health-care domain.
