摘要: An apparatus for scalable encoding a spectrum of signal including audio and/or video information, with the comprising binary spectral values, includes means generating first sub-scaling layer and second in addition to forming encoded signal, being implemented so as include into that are separately decodable from each other. In contrast full-scaling layer, only bits certain order part values band, that, by additionally decoding more finely controllable precision gain may be achieved.
