摘要: This invention provides anti-cancer drug aldehyde conjugates. More particularly provided are anthracycline formaldehyde The dimeric conjugate of epidoxorubicin is more hydrolytically stable than the doxorubicin and daunorubicin. Pro-drugs which to hydrolysis also provided.
