摘要: This study aimed to investigate the benefit of dietary cecropin AD (CAD) on intestinal health turbot fed diets with a high level soybean meal. A 12-week feeding trial was conducted four isonitrogenous and isolipidic diets: fishmeal-based diet (FM), replacing 40% fish meal protein FM (SBM), SBM supplemented 500ppm (C1) 1000ppm (C2) CAD, respectively. The results intestine histology showed that turbots exhibited distinct symptoms enteritis, however, CAD supplementation kept normal appearance distal which similar in group. Compared group, significantly decreased gene expression pro-inflammatory cytokines TNF-α, IL-1β, IFN-γ, NF-κB, while up-regulated tight junction proteins Claudin-3, Claudin-4, Occludin, ZO-1. Besides, C1 shaped microbiota profile towards an anti-inflammatory phenotype represented by increased abundance Blutia, Firmicutes/Bacteroides ratio, Prevotellaceae. In conclusion, could positively modulate from impairment induced meal, expands its application help better adapt increasing plant aquafeed.
