摘要: We have studied the phenomenon of electromagnetically induced transparency (EIT) 87Rb vapor at room temperature in a magnetic field with an arbitrary angle to laser propagation direction. Rather than exposing atoms parallelled or transverse as usual, our work, we apply (up 45 Gauss) direction and spectra become much more complex. More EIT dips are observed due Zeeman splitting on D 2 line -type configuration. With 5 Torr N2 buffer gas thermal cm cell, state has very short effective lifetime, corresponding large energy broadening, which removes velocity selective optical pumping effect almost completely keeps high resolution spectrum for fields. The shifting resonances strength applied coincides well theory based full matrix Hamiltonian combined spectral decomposition method. Our work can be extended measure vector space. effects detuning probe coupling beams lines also investigated.
