摘要: Abstract The energy security theories are based on the premises of sufficient and reliable supply fossil fuels at affordable prices in centralized systems. Policy-makers company chief executives develop strategies definitions that dominate research policy discourse. It is therefore utmost importance scientists revisit these line with latest changes industry: rapid advancement renewables smart grid, decentralization systems, new environmental climate challenges. study examines classic concepts (neorealism, neoliberalism, constructivism international political economy) assesses if technology taken into consideration. This done through integrative literature review, comparative analysis, identification ‘international relations’ ‘energy’ discourse use big data, case studies Germany, China, Russia. paper offers suggestions for revision integration future considerations.
