System and method for managing visual structure, timing, and animation in a graphics processing system

摘要: A visual tree structure as specified by a program is constructed and maintained system's user interface thread. As needed, the traversed on UI thread, with changes compiled into change queues. secondary rendering thread that handles animation graphical composition takes content from queues, to construct maintain condensed tree. Static subtrees are collapsed, leaving only animated attributes such transforms parent nodes, data managed references When run, processes applies trees, updates of list necessary resampling values at their new times. Content in then rendered composed. Animation communication protocol also provided.
