摘要: The development of integrated horn antennas since their introduction in 1987 is reviewed. fabricated by suspending a dipole antenna, on thin dielectric membrane, pyramidal cavity etched silicon. Recent progress has resulted optimized low- and high-gain designs, with single double polarization for remote-sensing communication applications. A full-wave analysis technique an antenna performance comparable to that waveguide-fed corrugated-horn antennas. design can be extended large arrays, imaging phased-array applications, while leaving plenty room the RF IF processing circuitry.
