摘要: A method for sorting substances the purpose of determining their capacity sebosuppressive activity in topical skin treatment, comprising an vivo test, said test following steps: -choosing a substance from among ligands AhR receptor; mammal expressing CYP1A1 gene; -treating via route part sebaceous glands, with composition substance, dose/ response/response time protocol; -examining by immunohistochemical staining expression CYP1A glands mammal; -selecting as function sequence onset several different types cells glands.
